Good-quality household charging piles generally use PC materials, and the quality generally uses ABS materials, or PC+ABS mixed materials. In this process, the nozzle products of brand manufacturers are all injected once, and the raw materials are thick, strong, and not easy to fall off, while the nozzle products of ordinary manufacturers are injected separately and will crack once they fall off. The internal terminals of the machine head of the brand manufacturer are silver-plated, with good conductivity, and the number of plugging and unplugging is more than 10,000 times, which is durable. Ordinary manufacturers are nickel-plated and easy to damage.

Circuit board: The circuit board of high-end household charging piles is an integrated circuit board, which is a single board inside, and has passed the high-temperature durability test, which is relatively reliable. However, the circuit boards of ordinary manufacturers are not integrated and may not pass the high-temperature test. The launch function is different. The traditional starting method is plug-in and swipe charging. The safety of charging is not enough, and there is a risk of leakage. It is inconvenient to swipe the card and deposit the card. The current mainstream way of starting a business is to charge by appointment through APP, which is safe and can be charged on demand. Powerful charging pile manufacturers will develop their own applications to provide customers with more comprehensive services from hardware to software.
